Restorative practices
Beyond Circles is a Restorative Practices consulting space that provides restorative justice trainings, facilitates circles, and provides the framework for restorative community organizing and authoring Restorative Justice centered policy.
We serve in youth justice spaces, criminal legal system spaces, K-12 Schools, Higher Ed institutions, and Nonprofits.
We view all humans as redeemable and deserving of dignity, love and reciprocity.
Our goal is to support communities with the following;

-HR policies -Support Implementation of -Statewide Mandates -Defined Practices -RJ Implementation Teams
